After selecting Complete Pay Run, you’ll see a login window. This displays your ROS Digital Certificate and password. If the details are correct, select Login. You’ll then see the Completed Pay Run window, where you can check the status of your submissions. If the submission is successful, you don't need to do anything else. The submission was unsuccessful There are various reasons why a submission could fail. For more information about this, read Can't send a pension submission. Manual input If you can't resolve the submission error, you can manually enter the pension details on your employer My Future Fund portal. You can find the required figures on the My Future Funds report available from the Completed Pay Run screen. For more information about this, read Manually upload a pension submission. No submission needed Sometimes no pension deductions apply to any employee. If so, you’ll see the below status. Pension submission accepted but with warnings If you get the below warning, select View details to find out why. Follow the instruction displayed.
