Manually upload a pension submission
Description

If your pension submission fails, you can manually enter the information in your employer My Future Fund portal. If you do this, then you need to mark the submission as manually uploaded in Payroll. This will prevent the program from trying to submit it again, causing duplications.

To find the pension figures

To help you enter the pension figures into My Future Fund portal, you can produce a report in Sage. Produce this from the Completed pay run screen.

  1. Select Pay Runs from the menu bar.
  2. Choose the relevant period.
  3. Select open the My Future Fund contribution report from the top of the window.

To mark a submission as manually uploaded

  1. Select Pay runs from the menu bar.
  2. Choose the relevant period.
  3. Under Submissions, select Confirm manual upload.
    Confirm manual upload message.
  4. Select I have manually uploaded my pension values, then Confirm

The pension submission status will then read The pension submission has been manually uploaded.

 Pension submission has been manually updated message.
