Description

This update sets you up to close 2025 year end and begin the 2026 tax year. Make sure you download and install it before your first 2026 payroll run.


Auto-enrolment (My Future Fund)

From 1 January 2026, employers must automatically enrol eligible employees into the new Auto-Enrolment retirement savings scheme. This update adds the first set of changes to help you get ready.

New Auto-enrolment items

New menu items are now available:

  • Retrieve auto-enrolment payroll notifications (AEPNs): You can check auto-enrolment status for eligible employees, newly enrolled workers, or anyone whose details have changed
  • The auto-enrolment contribution submission: Submit contribution values to NAERSA
  • Auto-enrolment submission log: View the details, status, and results of pension submissions
  • Coming soon: The AEPN retrieval log

CWPS – 1 August 2025 rate changes

CWPS rates increased in August 2025. We’ve included the new rates in this update.
