How to resolve issues when retrieving RPNs in Sage Payroll.
Description
When retrieving RPNs you may experience issues such as:
- Your password isn't recognised
- Certificate has expired
- The file type of the certificate isn't recognised
Resolution
It's easy to resolve these issues, just Check you're using the latest version of your software and then Download your ROS Certificate again.
