Problems retrieving auto-enrolment payroll notifications (AEPNs)
Description

Some common messages when retrieving AEPNs are:

  • 'Your password isn't recognised'
  • 'Certificate has expired'
  • 'The file type of the certificate isn't recognised'
Cause
Resolution

If you receive any of these messages, check you're using the latest version of your software, then download your ROS Certificate again.
