Prepare your Employee Details - Ensure you specify the Gender in the Personnel tab
- Check the Empl. Type is specified in the Pay/YTD tab. If not, this field is blank on the GPG CSV output
- If the employee doesn’t report to the Central Statistics Office (CSO), ensure you specify Std. Hrs in the Payments tab
Create the Gender Pay Gap report files NOTE: In v27.3 and above, if the employee has a finish date that falls within the snapshot date range, they're excluded from Gender Pay Gap reporting. - Select Reports then Payroll Reports.
- Go to the Payroll tab, in the File Export section, select Gender Pay Gap.
- Enter your Snapshot Date.
TIP: This must be a June 2024 date since it goes back 12 months from then. - Select Next, then choose one or more of the payment categories:
Ordinary Pay Bonus Benefit In Kind (BIK)
▼ Pay ordinary pay before tax and pension deductions, but after salary sacrifice Ordinary pay includes any monetary payment, such as: Basic pay or normal salary Overtime Allowances, such as location allowances, retention incentives or payments for extra responsibilities Pay for leave Pay for piecework Shift pay premium Salary Sacrifice (negative) payments
It doesn't include:
Redundancy Pay related to termination of employment Repayments of authorised expenses Benefits in kind Interest free loans - Select Next, then choose the payments to include.
NOTE: If you select more than one, repeat this step for all of the payment categories. - Select Next, then Browse to specify the location you want to save to.
- Select Create. The system creates a file for each payment category you select:

TIP: Select Open file location to access the files. - Select Finish.
