You use the Employee Details window's Deductions tab to specify the deductions applicable to the employee. The deductions displayed here are based on the deductions set up at the company level. If you have already defined employee profiles, you can select a profile table, which determines the default payments and deductions applicable. NOTE: Employee profiles are only available if you have a licence for Sage Payroll Professional.
TIP: The employee Code, Surname, First Name, PPS Number, Employment ID, Department and Cost Centre codes are displayed on each tab. You can amend these details (other than the code) if required. For more information about these, use Personnel tab guide.
