When you first open the program, the following window appears.  The Company Selection window options The Company Selection window lists all your available companies, including Demo data and Practice Data. Not all options are available depending on your software version and if you use Remote Data Access (RDA). ▼ Company list options | Add Company | Opens the setup wizard to add a company to the list or create a new company. | | Print | Prints the information from the Select Company window. | | Export | Export your company list to Microsoft Excel. | | Hide company list on start-up | Hide this window by selecting this checkbox. | ▼ Individual company options The individual company options appear when you select the three dots to the left of the company name:
 | Folder location | Opens the folder location of the company selected in the list. | | Resume live sync | If you've paused RDA, this option is to resume live sync. | | Resolve | This will appear if there’s a problem within your data. | | Disconnect From Remote Data Access | Sage 50 Accounts v28 and above only See more in our Disconnect a company from Remote Data Access article. | | Remove From Remote Data Access | If you select a company that has RDA enabled, this option appears. Read more about removing from RDA in our Remove a company from Remote Data Access article. | | Remove company | Remove the company from the list, it doesn’t delete the company or its data.
