If you have a multi-company licence on Sage 50 Accounts, you can create more than one company.

Create a new company

1. Log in to an existing company in Sage 50 Accounts.
2. Go to File then select New then Company. If prompted, enter your Password and click OK. 

3. On the Add a Company window, select Create.
4. If required, click Change to alter where the new company creates the data files.
5. Browse to the required location, then click OK.
6. Click Continue, complete the details, then click Create. 
7. Enter your logon details for this company, then click Log on. 

By default your logon name is MANAGER.
