It will not work with Microsoft Outlook, 64-bit version, SMTP or web-based email solutions, such as Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo.
NOTE: If you'd like to move to a 32-bit version of Microsoft Outlook you should contact Microsoft support or your IT support to do this.

If you are not using Microsoft Outlook, you can use one of the following options as a workaround:
Print your employees' payslips
- Click Reports, then click Payroll Reports, then click the Employee tab.
- Select Payslips.
- Under Selection, choose List.
- Choose one of the following options:
Laser Payslip - Use this option if you're printing two part laser payslips on a laser, inkjet or deskjet printer.
Security Laser Payslip - Use this option if you want to print security laser payslips on a laser, inkjet or deskjet printer.
Continuous Print Payslip - Use this option if you want to print payslips on a wide carriage dot matrix printer. - Click Print.
- When prompted, select to Include employees who get e-mail payslips, then click OK.
- To close the Payroll Reports window click Cancel.
Save the payslips as PDFs and email them individually
- Click Reports, then click Payroll Reports, then click the Employee tab.
- Select Payslips.
- Under Selection, choose List.
- Select PDF.
- To change the language the payslips generate in, select either In English or As Gaeilge.
- Generate Payslips.
- Browse to the location you want to save the PDF payslips in.
TIP: Make a note of this path as you'll need it later. - Click OK, then click OK.
NOTE: The Save payslips as PDF option outputs all payslips at once, as individual PDF files. - To close the Payroll Reports window, click Cancel.
You've now successfully saved the payslips as PDFs. Next, you must browse to the location you noted in step 7 and for each employee, attach their payslip to an email and send it to them individually.
