Sage 50 Payroll Ireland is compatible with various Microsoft Office versions. Install both applications on the same computer to ensure correct integration.

Supported versions:

• Microsoft 365 (desktop-based)
• Microsoft Office 2019 (32-bit)
• Microsoft Office 2016 (32-bit)
• Microsoft Office 2013 (32-bit)
• Microsoft Office 2010 (32-bit)
• Microsoft Office 2007
• Microsoft Office 2003

Microsoft ended support for Office 2003, 2007, and 2010.

Supported Microsoft Office products

Sage 50 Payroll Ireland integrates with:

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook

64-bit and web-based email limitations

Sage 50 Payroll Ireland supports payslip emailing through 32-bit Microsoft Outlook only. It doesn’t integrate with:

• 64-bit Microsoft Outlook
• SMTP email
• Web-based email, such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo
