Before you begin Try to receive the AEPN again or try later. Do this by running Process pay run from the beginning. If this fails follow the steps below. Ensure you have enabled AEPNs Payroll will only attempt to retrieve the AEPN if you’ve selected this at Step 1 of Retrieve notifications. - Select Summary from the menu bar.
- Then Process pay run.
- Confirm the process date and select Next.
- Select the AEPNs checkbox.
- Select Continue.
- Check your login credentials (see below)
Check your login credentials AEPNs use the same login credentials as RPNs. Check these at Step 2 of Retrieve notifications. If not already populated, select a Certificate and enter a Password. TIP: Trying logging into your ROS account with the same details to ensure they’re correct.  If these are correct and you can retrieve an RPN, then the issue must be with NAERSA. Either try again later, or read the section below. Manually edit AEPN details When you get to the EDIT PAY stage of processing your pay run, you can manually change an employees pension details. Log in to your employer My Future Fund portal to check for new AEPNs. Use these details to enter into Sage Payroll. |
