| | Set up an individual employee for online payslips |
| Resolution | - Go to Edit Employees, using the Surname list button, select the relevant employee.
- Go to the Online Services tab, enter the employee's email address.
This is the email address the employee will use to access Online Services. - Select the Online Payslips checkbox.
- Select Save. If the employee data meets the required criteria:
- An upload successful message appears
- Employee records upload to the Sage HR Online Services
- Employees sent an invitation email to join Sage HR. This expires after 48 hours
- Select OK.
NOTE: If a welcome email expires or your employee doesn't receive it, you can resend a welcome email in Sage HR.
