Resend a welcome email in Sage HR
Description

When you enable an employee for Online Services, they receive a welcome email. This invites them to start using the service to view their payslips.

If the welcome email expires or your employee doesn't receive it, you can resend it.

Resend to an individual employee

  1. Log in to Sage HR as an admin user.
  2. On the main menu, go to Company then select the relevant employee profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Personal settings.
  4. Select Resend welcome email, then Save.

Resend to multiple employees

  1. Log in to Sage HR as an admin user.
  2. On the main menu, go to Reports then select Access logs.
    You'll see various widgets showing your company log in statistics.
  3. In the Never logged in widget, select the Re-send welcome email link.
  4. A pop window appears, select Send welcome email to all.

Employee doesn't receive their welcome email

If your employee still hasn't received their welcome email, there are some checks you need to make.
