| | Why you can't unallocate a transaction |
| Description | Sometimes within the Transactions module in Sage 50 Accounts, if you select a transaction you can't select the unallocate option. |
| Resolution | | Not allocated | The selected transaction isn’t currently allocated to another transaction. | | Non-base currency | Foreign Trader is active and the selected transaction is a non-base currency.
Instead you must delete the transaction that also corrects the revaluation postings. | | Lock date | | | CIS transaction | The CIS module is active and the transaction is a CIS purchase invoice (PI), purchase credit (PC), or purchase payment (PP).
Instead you must delete the PP and the software automatically deletes the PC transaction. | | Link removed | The transaction is allocated to a transaction that no longer exists. For example, due to repaired data corruption.
These transactions can't be unallocated or deleted. | [BCB:19:UK - Sales message :ECB] |
