"No new RPNs to import"
Description

If your employees' details are up to date and no changes are required, the following message appears when you retrieve RPNs:

'You have successfully contacted ROS.
Your RPNs are currently up to date and no changes are required.
To continue processing your payroll, click Close.'

Why this message appears

An RPN is only issued for an employee if there are changes to their tax details issued by Revenue or if they're a new starter. Find out more in our handy RPNs for new starters guide.

If no new RPNS are retrieved when you process your payroll, click Close then continue to Processing your employees' timesheets as normal.
