If employee details are up to date, the following message appears when you retrieve RPNs:

'You have successfully contacted ROS.
Your RPNs are currently up to date and no changes are required.
To continue processing your payroll, click Close.'

• Revenue only issues an RPN if tax details change or if the employee is a new starter
• If no new RPNs are available, select Close and continue processing your employees' timesheets
