Description

If employee details are up to date, the following message appears when you retrieve RPNs:

'You have successfully contacted ROS.
Your RPNs are currently up to date and no changes are required.
To continue processing your payroll, click Close.'

Cause
Resolution

Revenue only issues an RPN if tax details change or if the employee is a new starter. If no new RPNs are available, select Close, then continue processing your employees' timesheets.
