Layouts, letters and labels
Each company has its own layout, letter and label folders which are held in the same location as the company data.
To check the company data location, open the relevant company then click Help, click About then under Program Details note the Data Directory.
The Layouts, Letters and Labels folders are held in the data directory path, on the same level as the Accdata folder.
Reports
The location of the company reports depends on whether or not the Use Data Path for Reports option is selected.
- Click Settings, then click Company Preferences.
- Click the Reporting tab, then look for the Use Data Path for Reports check box.
If the check box is selected, the reports are located in the same data directory as the layout files.
If the check box is not selected, the reports are located in one of the local folders below:

All versions of Sage 50 Payroll store your reports in the same folder, by default this is C:\ProgramData\Sage\Payroll\REPORTS
