Finding the report you need We have a ‘Which Report?’ Service, which we recommend you use to see if the report you need is already available: We also have report libraries for Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll. Our libraries contain extra reports based on popular customer requests, for you to download free of charge. How to use the new report finder If you have Excel Support, you can download and install a collection of Excel Management Report Workbooks from the Microsoft Excel support hub.

Bespoke Report Design Service If the report you need isn't available and you don't want to create it yourself, you can use our specialist report designers. Our report designers can create customised reports and layouts tailored to your requirements. Report Design Service prices depend on your requirements, the complexity of the design, and the estimated time needed to complete it. Report Design for Accountants Report Design for Accountants is a credit-based Report Design Service subscription for eligible Sage Accountants Network customers. It’s designed to make your report design entitlement clearer and easier to use. | Feature | What it means | | Included credits | 6 credits per year, equivalent to 6 hours of professional services. | | How credits are used | Use credits for bespoke report or layout design work. We typically cost a single report request at up to two hours. | | Credit expiry | Credits expire annually, and we track and manage them on a rolling 12‑month basis. | | More report credits | Purchase more report credits for £150 per credit, with each credit equivalent to one hour of report design service usage. | Use credits for bespoke report and layout design work for your practice or your clients. Changes to existing Report Design subscriptions (Accountants only) If you currently have a Report Design subscription, your entitlement will move from three bespoke reports per year to a credit-based model. Your existing entitlement period will remain unchanged and continue to operate on a rolling 12‑month basis. Instead of receiving an entitlement of three reports per year, you’ll receive six credits in that period, equivalent to six hours of report design support (based on an average of two hours per report). Carry forward unused credits for up to 12 months, up to a maximum of six credits (equivalent to three reports). Frequently asked questions What is changing? The Report Design Service is moving to a clearer credit-based model for eligible accountant subscriptions. Instead of receiving a set number of free reports, customers will receive credits that they can use for Report Design work. How many credits do I receive? Report Design for Accountants includes six credits per year, equivalent to six hours of report design usage Can I buy more credits? Yes. You can purchase more report credits if you need more bespoke design time. Management reports In addition, access the Microsoft Excel Report Library, including management, turnover and stock reports.
