Refresh the queue.dta file
Description

If Sage 50 Accounts closes unexpectedly, the file that holds the list of active users isn't refreshed. This can cause issues when you log back in.

Don't worry, simply deleting the file called queue.dta then reopening your software refreshes the list, and normally resolves the login issue.

You may need to repeat the steps in this article on each computer if you run the software over a network.
