If your pension submission fails, you’ll see a message on the Completed pay run window.

How to fix the error

Select the View details button to see why it failed.

The most common reason is Authentication failed with NAERSA.

Follow the steps displayed on the screen to Resubmit.

Still getting an error message

Until you resolve the error, it may be necessary to manually input the pension data on the NAERSA website. You can get the required figures by running the My Future Fund report from the Completed pay run window.
