Upload online payslips

Upload payslips to Sage HR using Online Services in Sage 50 Payroll Ireland.

After you enter pay and you're at End of Period (EOP), you can upload payslips to Sage HR so your employees can access them. 

 NOTE: Ensure payroll is at EOP to upload online payslips. Otherwise, a warning appears. 'Before you can proceed with 'Upload Online Payslips', your payroll status must read End of Period (EOP).'  

1. In Sage 50 Payroll Ireland, enter your employees' payments as normal in Enter Time and Pay.
2. Go to Online Services, then Online Payslips.
3. Select Upload Online Payslips, then select the checkbox next to the relevant employees.
4. Select Upload Payslips.
   A progress screen appears while the payslips upload. Once complete, they're immediately available for your employees to view, who receive an automatic email notifying them that their payslip is available.
    TIP: If you receive any errors, to resolve them, view the Upload Payslips errors article.
5. Select Finish.

To upload payslips for previous pay periods, you can use the Period Archive option. You can use this to switch between pay periods, upload online payslips for prior periods. Then, revert to the current pay period.
