When entering time and pay you may see the following error:
To allow access to Time and Pay, you should contact the user in question, and request that they close Sage Payroll to allow timesheet processing on your PC.
If you are importing timesheets, you should move the import file from the remote location to a location directly on the PC that Sage Payroll is being ran from, and then try again.
If this message continues to appear after ensuring that all other users are logged out of all payrolls in Sage Payroll, you should follow the clear locks routine:
CAUTION: If the Clear Locks routine is completed whilst a user is logged in elsewhere, your Payroll may become corrupted. Sage will not be able to fix your payroll in this case. Read more >
