Log in to the payroll, and continue processing.
Clear another username
If another user's username appears in the window as the locked user:
- Check that there are no other users logged into Sage 50 Payroll Ireland.
- Select I acknowledge no other users are logged into Sage Payroll.
- Select Clear Locks.
You can now log in to the payroll and continue processing.
Clear locks in the admin login
If you can't see the Clear Locks option, you can access it using the Admin login.
- In the login window, enter the username ADMIN, and enter the password.
- Select OK.
- Select Advanced, then Clear Multi-user Locks.
- If you know that no other users are logged in, select OK.
- Select Login, then Login to a Payroll.
