When you try to open Sage Payroll after installing a software update, the following message can appear:

- Sage.IE.SageHibernia.Payroll.Common.dll

- Sage.IE.SageHibernia.Services.Logger.dll'
Resolution
To resolve this issue, you must complete the following steps:
- To close the message, click Cancel.
- Temporally disable your anti-virus and firewall settings. For assistance with this, please contact your local IT support.
- Download and install the latest version of Sage Payroll.
- Ensure all Windows updates are installed.
- Reactivate your anti-virus and firewall settings. For help with this, please contact your local IT support.
- Open Sage Payroll and log into a payroll as normal.
