Print payslips from a previous period in Sage 50 Payroll Ireland.
If an employee asks for copies of payslips from an earlier period, you can use period archives to switch between pay periods without restoring backups.
- Go to Miscellaneous, then select Period Archive.
- Select the period number you want, then select Revert.
- Go to Reports, then select Payroll Reports.
- Select the Employee tab.
- Choose Payslips.
- Under Selection, in the List box, choose one of these options:
- Laser Payslip: For two-part laser payslips on laser, inkjet, or deskjet printers
- Security Laser Payslip: For security laser payslips on laser, inkjet, or deskjet printers
- Continuous Print Payslip: For wide carriage dot-matrix printers
- To print a specific employee’s payslip, enter their number in the From and To boxes.
NOTE: Leave these boxes blank to print payslips for all employees. - Select Print.
- If prompted, choose whether to include or exclude employees who receive email payslips, then select OK.
- Confirm your printer settings, then select OK.
- To close the Payroll Reports window, select Cancel.
- Repeat the above steps for each period you need.
- To return to the current period, go to Miscellaneous, then select Period Archive.
- Select Current Period, then select Revert.
