Use Period Archive to archive payroll period data and access historical reports. You can switch between pay periods easily and revert to the current period without restoring backups. NOTE: Period Archive isn't a substitute for regular backups. Continue to back up your payroll data. Access historical reports - Go to Miscellaneous, then select Period Archive.
- Select the period number you want, then select Revert.
- Go to Reports, then select Payroll Reports.
- Select the report you need, then select Print.
- If prompted, confirm your printer settings, then select OK.
- Repeat steps 4–5 for each report you want to print.
- Repeat steps 2–6 for each period you need.
Return to the current period - Go to Miscellaneous, then select Period Archive.
- Select Current Period, then select Revert.
