Check your version of Sage 50 Payroll Ireland, and update it where required.

Description

To ensure your software is compliant with new legislation and running smoothly, it's important to keep it up to date.

Resolution

If you can open the software

  1. Open your software and log in to your payroll as normal.
  2. Go to Help, then select About Sage Payroll.
  3. Check the version starts with v29.2.

If it's not, download and install the latest version of Sage 50 Payroll Ireland now.

If you can't open the software

  1. From the Windows desktop, right-click Sage 50 Payroll Ireland.
  2. Select Properties, then Open File Location.
  3. Right-click Sage Payroll.exe, then select Properties.
  4. Go to the Details tab, then check the File version starts with v29.2.

If it's not, download and install the latest version of Sage 50 Payroll Ireland now.
