Automatically create new employee codes

Resolution
  1. Go to Company/Payroll, then select Company Details.
  2. Open the Employee tab.
  3. Select the Automatically Create New Employee Code checkbox.
  4. Select Save.

If you don't select this option, you need to enter the employee code manually when creating a new employee.

NOTE:

If your employee codes contain a leading letter, such as A0159 or ML002, the Automatically Create New Employee Code option doesn't work.
