Once you create a payment, you can assign it to as many employees as you require. You don't need to create a unique payment for each employee. 

You add this to an employee when you process the pay run.

1. Process your payroll until you get to the EDIT PAY window.
2. Select the employee.
3. Select Add Payment.
4. Select the payment you created.
5. If using Hourly pay, enter:
   • The Quantity - How many hours you want to pay the employee for
   • The Rate - The hourly pay rate
6. If using Salary, enter:
   • The Rate - The total amount you want to pay for the period
7. Continue to process your employees’ pay details, and complete the pay run as normal.
