Log in to your Sage account using a notification from Sage Verify
Description

When you set up Sage Verify, a prompt asks if you want to allow notifications.

With notifications enabled, you authenticate your login using the notification. 

Cause
Resolution
  1. Go to the login page for your Sage product or service.
  2. Enter your Sage account email address and password.
  3. The mobile device that you set up Sage Verify on receives a notification asking you to confirm it's you. Either:
    • Tap and hold the notification, then tap Yes, it's me to authenticate the quickest way without needing to open the app, or
    • Tap the notification to open the app, then tap Yes, it's me to authenticate it

You're now logged in, and can use your Sage service as normal.

No push notification received
