When you set up Sage Verify, a prompt asks if you want to allow notifications.

With notifications enabled, you authenticate your login using the notification. 

1. Go to the login page for your Sage product or service.
2. Enter your Sage account email address and password.
3. The mobile device that you set up Sage Verify on receives a notification asking you to confirm it's you. Either:
   • Tap and hold the notification, then tap Yes, it's me to authenticate the quickest way without needing to open the app, or
   • Tap the notification to open the app, then tap Yes, it's me to authenticate it

You're now logged in, and can use your Sage service as normal.

No push notification received

If your push notification didn't arrive when you expected one, either:

• Follow the push notification not received article to resolve the cause
• Log in with a six-digit code instead
