Remove a payslip note

Resolution

If a payslip message is no longer relevant, you can delete it for one employee or all employees at once.


Remove a note from one employee

  1. Go to Processing, then select Employee Details.
  2. Next to Surname, select Browse, then choose the employee.
  3. Select Notepad, then Browse Notes.
  4. Choose the note, then select Delete This Note.
  5. Select Close.

Remove a note from all employees

  1. Go to Company/Payroll, then select Notepad.
  2. Select Browse Notes, then choose the note.
  3. Select Delete This Note, then Close.
