No new AEPNs to import
Description

If employee details are up to date, the following message appears when you retrieve RPNs:

'You have successfully contacted NAERSA.
Your AEPNs are currently up to date and no changes are required.
To continue processing your payroll, click Close.'

Cause
Resolution
  • NAERSA only issues an AEPN if eligibility or contribution details change, or if the employee is a new starter

  • If no new AEPNs are available, select Close and continue processing your employees' timesheets
