| Description | Deleting old product records reduces the number of records to look through, saving you time. You can't delete product records if they have stock, transactions, or are linked to a bill of materials. |
| Resolution | - Open Products and Services and select the records you want to delete.
- Select Delete then, to confirm the deletion, press Yes.
