Restore data for all payrolls in your software

Restoring a full backup replaces all payrolls with the data saved at the time of backup. If you only need to restore one payroll, you can restore data for a single payroll.

  1. Log in as the system administrator.
  2. Go to Miscellaneous, then select Restore.
  3. Select Browse, find your backup file, then select OK.
  4. Select Show details, then review the backup information.
    If the details aren’t correct, repeat steps 3 and 4.
  5. For each payroll you need to restore, select Restore.
  6. Select Direct Pay. Rpting Data to include registration details and RPN or submission logs.
     CAUTION: This replaces your existing Retrieve RPN and Payroll Submission to ROS log files. 
  7. Select Restore, then Yes to confirm overwriting Direct Payroll Reporting data.
  8. Select OK, then Cancel to close the window.
