Changing an employee's pay in a completed pay run can result in a correction. This shows in the current pay run. You can't remove the correction but you can reverse it. The process depends on whether it's a correction payment or a correction deduction.

To remove unwanted corrections

The process you follow will depend on whether you have a correction payment or a correction deduction.

Corrections show in the edit pay window of the pay run.

As you would expect, correction payments are in the Payments section.

Correction deductions are in the Deductions section.
