Process your payroll year end

Your first task is to review your employees' pay at the end of the tax year.

Do this to check the information you submit to Revenue is correct.

Select the Year End tab.
From the Tax year to report on drop-down menu, select 2025.
Select Review Employee Pay.
Check each employee’s total and net pay-to-date values for the year are correct.
To view a detailed breakdown of an employee’s pay for the tax year, select View Details.
To view your employee’s payslip for a particular pay run, select Payslip.
Once you’ve checked the values, select Return to Employee List.
Repeat steps 4 to 7 for each employee whose details you want to check.
Select Return to Year End then select the Employee Pay has been reviewed checkbox.

You’ve now checked your employees’ values are correct.

Your last task is to produce an Employee Details Statement for each of your employees.

This is a detailed breakdown of the employee's pay for the tax year.

Select Year End from the menu bar.
Select Print Employee Statement.
To view the statement for an employee, select Employee Details Statement.
To Print or create a .pdf file of the statement, select Export to PDF.
NOTE: Read the section below, Save and Print Employee Statement.
Within Payroll, select Return to Employee List.
Repeat steps 2 to 4 to export a statement for your remaining employees.
You can export a statement for all employees at once. From the Employee list, select Export All.

Within payroll, select Return to Year End.

Your employees can check the values on their statements.

Each employee can check their statement on the Revenue website from January 2026.

It is in their Revenue Employment Detail Summary.

From your browser file menu, you can export the Employee Statement as a .pdf file.

You can attach this to an email and send it to the employee.

You can also print the report if you wish.

You use the web browser option to either Print or Export.
