Before you begin, you must log in as the Administrator or have relevant permissions to manage subscriptions. - Select your business name, then select Manage business account from the dropdown menu.
- Select the Subscriptions (or Subscriptions and Invoices) tab.
- Here you can view your current subscriptions. Select Manage subscriptions.
- Select Cancel Subscription on the relevant product.
- Select Apply Selections.
- Choose to speak to us, or select Continue with cancellation.
- Read the information carefully, then select a Reason for cancellation.
- Tick the box to confirm you have downloaded any required data.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
The Manage subscriptions screen updates to show the subscription end date and the re-subscribe option. NOTE: Your subscription remains active until your next billing date. To restart your subscription, log in and enter your payment details. Having trouble cancelling? Call 0191 479 5955.
