| Advanced Report Writer (ARW) - Report Options |
Resolution | To change the report settings, click Options. The Options window appears, with the following settings: General OptionsSummary | If set to Yes only the totals will be displayed. Please note that the following settings must be applied to the report for the Summary option to work correctly. If the report shows only the final totals, these settings must be changed:
- The report must have a Sort applied.
- Numeric fields must have Total type applied.
- Non-numeric fields must have the Repeat Total type applied.
NOTE: This option applies both printed and CSV/Excel reports. |

Spacing | This only applies where Summary is set to No. It will print in either Single or Double line spacing. NOTE: This option applies to printed reports only. |

Print Page Totals | Print totals at the end of each page. NOTE: This option applies to printed reports only. |

Spaces Between Fields | Defaults to Yes, which allows spacing between each column on the report. NOTE: This option applies to printed reports only. |

CSV OptionsHeadings on the CSV/Excel | This field gives four options:
- None - No headings will be displayed.
- Upper - Upper headings will be displayed.
- Lower - Lower headings will be displayed.
- Both - Both upper and lower headings will be displayed.
NOTE: This option applies to CSV/Excel reports only. |

Zero Pad the CSV | Where a numeric field value is shorter than the maximum number of characters allowed in the field, ARW will pad the field with leading zeros. NOTE: This option applies to CSV/Excel reports only. |
