Forgotten log on name

Description

When trying to log in to your company, you are asked for your Logon name and a password.

The Log on name will either be MANAGER or whatever the manager user created when setting up access rights for additional users.

NOTE: The log on name is not case sensitive.

If you know you have a different log on name that is not 'manager', but cannot remember it, you need the manager user to log on as MANAGER to check the list of users in Settings.

The steps to do this are below, based on what version of Sage 50 Accounts you use.

Either log on yourself as manager, or request a colleague who knows the manager log on credentials to log in to the company.
NOTE: Alternatively, any user with administrator access can access User Management.
Click Settings, then User Management.
You will then see the list of users, and be able to see the correct User Name for yourself or the colleague who can't remember what their log on name is.
