Regional settingsThis issue can be caused by your computer regional settings being set incorrectly. Make sure your regional options are set to English (United Kingdom) or if you're in the Republic of Ireland English (Ireland). - Hold down the Windows key and R then type intl.cpl and click OK.
The Regional and Language window appears.
- Click the Formats drop-down and click English (United Kingdom) or English (Ireland)
- Click the Location tab then click the Current location drop-down and click United Kingdom or Ireland then click OK.

Remove the Sage Assembly filesBrowse to C:\Windows\Assembly and remove the following files: - C:\Windows\Assembly\antlr.runtime
- C:\Windows\Assembly\sage.*
Files in the Assembly folder can't be deleted, they must be uninstalled. To do this, right-click the file and click Uninstall. If they won't uninstall: - a. Hold down the Windows key + R and type C:\Windows\Assembly\GAC_MSIL then click OK.
- b. Delete the folder Sage.Cryptography
NOTE: You MUST check each file to confirm that it's a Sage file before uninstalling it. To check this, right-click the file then click Properties, click the Version tab then click Select Company. Ensure the company name is Sage (UK) Limited or Sage. Although unlikely, Antlr.runtime may be used by other software. If an assembly file can't be removed move on to the next one.
Uninstall Microsoft .NETPlease contact your IT support for help uninstalling and reinstalling Windows features such as the Microsoft .NET Framework. Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5 are part of the operating systems or on Windows Vista, Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 is part of the operating system therefore can't be removed. You should still remove any versions of Microsoft .NET which appear in add/remove programs.
