NOTE: If a sales order has a Despatched status of part or complete, deleting the sales order doesn't delete the corresponding invoice. It also doesn't adjust the stock levels on the associated Product Record. You can reverse the incorrectly despatched order.
To check the status of your sales order
Click Sales orders then click the Allocated column heading. The list sorts by the allocated status.
Click the Despatched column heading. The list sorts by the despatched status.

To delete your sales orders
Go to Sales orders then select the orders to remove. If required, use the Filter option to select a range of orders.
Delete, then click Yes.
If you delete a sales order with a status of Allocated, the quantities allocated on the Product Records reduce.
