| Resolution | - Close Sage Payroll 2025.
- Select the link below to download the software:
Download Sage Payroll update - Check if you're a Windows administrator.
- Double-click Sage_Payroll_v28.1_Install.exe.
- Select the I accept the terms of the licence checkbox, then Next.
- Select Server, then Next.
- Check the data folder is correct.
If not, select Browse, enter the correct directory, then OK. - Select Next then Install and Finish.
- Double-click Sage_Payroll_V28.1_Install.exe again.
- Select the I accept the terms of the licence checkbox, then Next.
- Select Client, then Next.
- Select Custom, then Next.
- Check the program and data directories are correct.
If not, select Browse, enter the correct directories, then OK. - Select Next, then select the Add shortcuts to my desktop checkbox.
- Select Install, then Finish.
- Repeat steps 9 to 16 on each computer on your network.
