Batch invoices Batch invoices let you quickly post invoice transactions to customers or suppliers. They don't update stock, and you can't print or email them. You can use this method if you create your invoices outside of Sage.
Product sales invoice You can create product invoices for your customers and select your products or services. These invoices update your stock levels. With product invoices, you can print and email them to customers and even customise them with your logo or company brand.
Service sales invoice Create service invoices for your customers that you can print and email.
Create this type of invoice when you don't have any products to add to the invoice. You enter free text service details. You can even customise them with your logo or company brand.
