| Cause | This is due to changes in the way Illness Benefit needs to be processed from 2018 Read more > Ensure the Retrieve RPNs process is completed each period to ensure the most up to date information from Revenue is applied. |
| Resolution | To rectify this, you need to delete incorrect illness benefit type payments: - Click Company/Payroll then Payments.
- Locate any payments with a type of 'Illness Benefit' then Delete.A payment which has the type "Paid Illness Benefit" does not need to be deleted.
- Click Close.
