Sage account error: 'Your sign in was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors..'
Description

When you try to log in to your Sage account, you may see the error:

'Your sign in was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again. The email or password provided is incorrect.'

Cause
Resolution

This message can appear due to:

  • An incorrect password
  • An incorrect email address
  • The activation email hasn't been received
  • Logging into Sage 50 Accounts Remote Data Access after changing the email address on your Sage Account. Read more >

Reset your password

  1. Reset your password in the Sage Sign On screen.
  2. Try logging in again and make sure your email address is correct.
  3. Create a My Sage account for the email address you're using.
  4. If your account isn't active yet, resend the activation email to enable you to activate it.
