| | Resolution | When the CWPS year ends, you need to clear the CWPS history and balance from your employee records. You also need to set up the CWPS calendar for the new CWPS tax year. Clear the CWPS balances and history - On the menu bar, go to Year End, then select New Construction Pension Year.
- When you receive the prompt to clear the balances and history, select Yes to continue.
Set up the CWPS tax year calendar - From the menu bar, go to Company/Payroll, then select Construction Workers Pension.
- Go to the Calendar tab, then select Create New Calendar.
- Enter the start date of the new CWPS tax year.
 TIP: The 2025 CWPS year starts on 30 December 2024 and ends on 28 December 2025. - Select Create, check that the dates and information are correct.
If not, amend as required. - Select OK.
