If you want to cancel a sales order or place it on hold you can do this using the Amend allocations option in the Sales order module.

NOTE: It isn't possible to cancel or hold items that have already been despatched.

1. Click Sales orders and select the order you require then click Amend allocations.
2. Click Off Order then click Cancel Order or Held as required.
3. Click OK then click Close.

If required, you can re-allocate stock to the cancelled or held sales order.
