| | Sales orders - allocate stock to a cancelled or held sales order |
| Description | If you cancel a sales order or place it on hold, to allocate stock again you can use the Amend allocations option in the Sales order module. |
| Resolution | - Click Sales orders and select the order you require then click Amend allocations.
- Click Order then in the Allocated column enter the quantities to allocate or, to allocate all items, click Allocate All.
When done, the same quantities will appear in the This Despatch column. The quantities are only marked as despatched if you click Despatch.- Click Close.
