It couldn't be easier to activate your Microsoft 365 and link with Sage 50 Accounts. Log a ticket with one of our Microsoft 365 experts and we'll:

  • Activate your Microsoft 365.
  • Link Microsoft 365 to your Sage 50 Accounts.
  • Set up automated cloud backups.

You can log a case following the process below:

  1. Log on to My Sage
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the My Sage homepage to find the Support tile.
  3. Click Manage My Cases.

     NOTE: If you can't see the Manage My Cases link, please visit my.sage.co.uk/cases

    Here you’ll see a list of any cases we’ve recently created for you, or cases you’ve logged yourself online.

  4. Click Add New Case and complete the form, giving as much detail as possible.
    We'll action your request and call you if required. Keep an eye on your ticket to track progress.
