Activate your Microsoft 365 integration before using Microsoft 365 services with Sage 50 Accounts. This process activates your Microsoft 365 services and prepares your account for synchronisation.

NOTE:

Office 365 integration isn't available in Sage 50 Accounts v31 or above. 

Before you start

Make sure you have:

If you're using Remote Data Access with Sage 50 Accounts v27 or below, complete these steps at your main site.


Activate Microsoft 365

  1. Open the Get started with Microsoft 365 services email.
  2. Select Get Started, then follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. From Connect Sage 50 Accounts with Microsoft 365, select I'll sync Sage 50 Accounts data later.
  4. Select Finish.

Can't find the activation email?

If you can't find the email, contact Sage and ask for a new activation email.

Upload your accounts data

After activation, upload your Sage 50 Accounts data to Microsoft 365.
